IT System Administrator

Location: Jaipur

We are looking for an experienced IT System Administrator with strong hands-on experience in Networking, Hardware, and IT Infrastructure Management. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting network and hardware issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network connectivity.
- Configure and troubleshoot IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Handle hardware-related issues, including RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, peripherals, and system upgrades.
- Manage Windows operating systems, user accounts, and Active Directory.
- Monitor network performance and ensure stable and secure connectivity.
- Perform regular system maintenance, software installations, updates, and security patches.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity-related issues.
- Manage IT asset inventory,



hardware allocation, and software licenses.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and IT vendors for technical support.
- Ensure data backup, antivirus protection, and basic network security.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Support / System Administration.
- Strong hands-on experience in Networking and Hardware Troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of routers, switches, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and IP configuration.
- Experience in desktop, laptop, server, and printer troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
- Valuable communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
