Key Responsibilities

- Network &
- Systems Maintenance:

Manage and maintain LAN/WAN network setups, Wi-Fi access points, routers, switches, firewall rules, and VPN connections across office and shop-floor areas.

- Hardware &

- Infrastructure Management:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop PCs, laptops, industrial printers, barcode/label printers, biometric attendance machines, and CCTV camera networks.

- ERP &

- Software Technical Support:

Assist internal teams with daily operational issues related to ERP software (user access rights, system errors, data entry troubleshooting) and standard software suites (MS Office/Excel, email clients, OS updates).

- Data Security &

- Backups:

Execute routine system backups, update antivirus and firewall software, manage user credentials,



and ensure compliance with company data protection guidelines.

- Vendor &

- Asset Coordination:

Coordinate with external IT hardware vendors, internet service providers (ISPs), and service contractors for equipment repairs, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and infrastructure upgrades.

- Asset Tracking &

- License Compliance:

Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets (hardware, software licenses, IP assignments, and peripherals) and manage issue logs for internal staff requests.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
