We're rolling out our services to India and looking for professionals with experience in IT recruitment, technical sourcing or technology staffing to help introduce KernelPub to recruiters across the country.

This could be an excellent additional income opportunity for experienced recruitment professionals with an established network.

The OpportunityWe want you to connect with recruiters who are actively hiring IT professionals.

You don't need to sell expensive software subscriptions or close complicated deals.

What you'll do:

- Identify newly advertised IT vacancies in India using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Glassdoor or other sources.
- Find and approach the recruiters responsible for those vacancies.
- Introduce KernelPub through professional outreach and phone conversations.
- Register interested recruiters and their vacancies through our dedicated portal.
- Let our AI handle the candidate matching and personalised introduction.

You focus on relationships. We provide the technology.

Who We're Looking ForPrevious experience in IT recruitment is strongly preferred.

We're particularly interested in:

- IT Recruiters and Technical Recruiters
- Recruitment Consultants
- Technical Sourcers
- Talent Acquisition Specialists
- Technology Staffing Professionals
- B2B Sales professionals with recruitment industry experience

An existing network of IT recruiters or staffing agencies is a major advantage. You should have excellent English communication skills, confidence making outbound calls and a good understanding of the Indian technology recruitment market.

Preferred locations: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and Chennai,



although applicants from anywhere in India are welcome.

You must currently reside in India.

Compensation — Five Ways to EarnThis is a performance-based freelance opportunity with flexible working arrangements.

All compensation is calculated in British Pounds (GBP). USD and INR equivalents are approximate.

1. Daily Activity Bonus

£2.40 ($3.22 / ₹305) for each day with at least five prospects registered.

2. Recruiter Activation Bonus

£0.50 ($0.67 / ₹63) for every qualified recruiter who activates an IT vacancy.

3. Recruiter Engagement Bonus

£4.50 ($6.04 / ₹571) when your recruiter independently returns and reveals a candidate within 30 days.

4. Sales Commission — 70%

Earn 70% commission on each recruiter's first three qualifying credit purchases within six months of activation, net of refunds.

Examples of commission per purchase:

- £14.46 customer purchase → You earn £10.12 ($13.58 / ₹1,285)
- £32.53 customer purchase → You earn £22.77 ($30.56 / ₹2,895)
- £61.44 customer purchase → You earn £43.01 ($57.72 / ₹5,469)
- £271.06 customer purchase → You earn £189.74 ($254.63 / ₹24,122)

5. Monthly Jackpot — Extra £75!

Bring 12 different recruiters who each make their first confirmed, non-refunded purchase within the same calendar month and earn an additional £75 ($101 / ₹9,520).

This is on top of your regular rewards and commissions.

No maximum earnings limit. No fixed salary or guaranteed income.

Every promoter receives access to a dedicated portal showing real-time activity, customer conversions, commissions and accumulated earnings.

Every Friday at midnight, as Saturday begins, our system automatically emails you a detailed PDF statement of your weekly results and earnings.

Our payment process is straightforward:

1. Receive your automatic weekly earnings statement.
2. Submit your PDF through Freelancer.com.
3. We verify and aim to release confirmed, eligible payments within 48 hours of submission.

- All payments are processed through Freelancer.com's Milestone Payment system. Agreed work-period milestones are funded in advance; additional commission milestones are funded once amounts become confirmed and payable. The 48-hour target covers our review and payment release, not Freelancer.com's withdrawal processing.
