Role Description The IT Recruiter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The IT Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical and HR discussions. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, drafting job postings, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

The IT Recruiter will also maintain recruitment data, track hiring metrics,



and support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality tech talent. Collaboration with HR and business teams to align hiring plans with project needs is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong IT recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination for a range of technology roles.
- Ability to use job portals, professional networks, social media platforms, and internal databases effectively for talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, with experience partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure an inclusive, engaging candidate experience.
- Experience managing recruitment metrics, maintaining accurate records, and working with Applicant Tracking Systems or HR tools.
- Understanding of IT technologies, software development lifecycles, and current market trends in tech hiring.
- Prior experience as an IT Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple requisitions, and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
