Role Description The IT Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, supporting the sales team in driving IT solution and service offerings. This role involves coordinating with clients and internal technical teams, preparing quotes and proposals, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. The IT Sales Coordinator will assist in tracking project progress, managing documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing basic technical clarification, organizing meetings and demonstrations, and supporting reporting and forecasting for the sales function.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret client requirements, analyze proposals, and support sales reporting.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Information Technology to understand infrastructure, networking, and solution offerings.
- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address basic client issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Network Administration concepts to effectively communicate client networking needs and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with sales, technical, and customer stakeholders.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking systems).
- Prior experience in IT sales coordination, inside sales, or customer support within the technology sector is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.

Salary: 30,000/- CTC (To) 50,000/- CTC
Joining: Immediate / Within 15 Days preferred
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
