IT Recruiter – Contract to Hire (C2H)

Location: Venkateshapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka (Work from office)

Immediate joiners only

Role Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles – sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and joining.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals and networking.
- Understand technical requirements and screen candidates on skills, experience, notice period and CTC expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and share timely feedback.
- Negotiate offers and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
- Valuable understanding of IT technologies and roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be able to join immediately.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
