Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead engineering, application development, QA, and delivery teams across distributed locations, setting clear goals, ownership, and operating rhythms.
- Manage end-to-end delivery across the software development lifecycle, including priorities, risks, blockers, dependencies, escalations, and release readiness.
- Coach and develop engineering managers and team members through regular feedback, performance support, capability planning, and career development.
- Partner with global technology leaders, product teams, business stakeholders, technology specialists, and external partners to align delivery outcomes and execution plans.
- Improve engineering maturity through delivery governance, quality practices, repeatable playbooks, metrics, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills Required:

- 12+ years of experience in IT, software engineering, application delivery,



or technology management, including significant experience managing engineering or delivery teams.
- Strong experience in delivery management across application development, QA, platform, or enterprise technology teams.
- Proven people management experience, including coaching, team development, performance support, and leadership of distributed teams.
- Solid application development and SDLC understanding, with practical experience in Agile delivery, release management, QA practices, and engineering governance.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, prioritization, risk management, and follow-through skills.

Valuable to Have:
- Experience in quality engineering, retail technology, supply chain platforms, observability, engineering metrics, DevOps, CI/CD, or automation-led improvement initiatives.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred.
