Role & responsibilities

- Manage and supervise a 247 IT Infrastructure Support team.

- Oversee VMware infrastructure operations, including vSphere, ESXi and vCenter.

- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability and SLA compliance.

- Handle critical incidents, escalations and ensure timely ticket resolution.

- Manage shift operations, team allocation and monthly shift rosters.

- Drive Incident, Problem and Change Management as per ITIL processes.

- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors and banking stakeholders.

- Prepare operational reports, track KPIs and ensure continuous service improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate with 8+ years of IT Infrastructure / IT Operations experience.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on VMware experience (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).

- Prior experience supporting Banking / BFSI clients is mandatory.

- ITIL certification is mandatory.

- Must have team management experience in a 247 support setting.

- Strong knowledge of incident management, SLA monitoring, escalations and shift operations.

- Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts at CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
