About The Opportunity

- Crest Ventures is seeking an experienced IT Lead to oversee and manage the organization’s core IT infrastructure, cybersecurity posture, IT operations, vendor relationships, procurement processes, compliance frameworks, and business continuity planning. The role is critical to ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable technology systems that enable business growth and uninterrupted operations across the enterprise.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure including servers, storage, firewalls, networking, and core IT operations.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and infrastructure capacity to ensure reliable business operations.
- Plan and manage infrastructure scaling and upgrades in alignment with organizational growth.
- Manage IT vendors and service providers, including service quality, deliverables, and support.
- Coordinate procurement of hardware, software, and IT services.
- Support vendor evaluation, negotiation, budgeting, and cost-effective procurement.
- Oversee IT audits, including VAPT, IS audits, and applicable regulatory or industry-standard audits.
- Implement and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance and timely action on relevant regulatory circulars and changes, including disabling unsupported systems.
- Ensure secure handling of information systems and organizational data.
- Monitor cybersecurity risks and coordinate timely remediation of vulnerabilities.
- Maintain appropriate controls to protect system access, data integrity, and operational security.
- Manage business continuity planning (BCP), disaster recovery (DR) arrangements, and risk management protocols.
- Coordinate preparedness and recovery processes to support continuity of critical IT services.




- Review infrastructure and operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Lead the IT team and coordinate day-to-day IT support and operations.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to address technology requirements and resolve issues.
- Ensure IT initiatives and infrastructure improvements support business growth and operational continuity.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 15 to 20 years of experience managing IT infrastructure, servers, storage, firewalls, networking, and core IT operations.
- Proven experience in IT audits, VAPT, IS audits, and regulatory or industry IT compliance requirements.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity, business continuity, disaster recovery, and IT risk management.
- Experience in IT vendor management, procurement, negotiation, and project management.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred

- Relevant certifications in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or governance (e.g., CISSP, CISA, ITIL, PMP).
