Role Description The IT Manager for Canada Opportunities will oversee end-to-end IT operations supporting international placement and project activities from the Greater Kolkata Area office. This full-time, in office role involves managing IT infrastructure, ensuring network and system reliability, and coordinating with vendors and service providers to maintain secure and efficient technology environments. The IT Manager will plan and implement upgrades, monitor system performance, enforce data security and backup policies, and troubleshoot technical issues for internal teams.





The role also includes collaborating with leadership to align IT strategies with business goals, preparing documentation and reports, and supporting digital tools used for candidate management and client communication.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience managing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, user devices, and cloud-based tools.
- Strong skills in system administration, data security, backup and recovery, and IT compliance practices.
- Ability to lead technical support activities, resolve complex issues, and provide clear guidance to non-technical team members.
- Proficiency in project planning, vendor coordination, and implementation of IT improvements aligned with business needs.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (such as ITIL, network or security certifications) are an advantage.
- Experience working in or with international organizations or supporting overseas operations is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area and collaborate effectively with global teams and clients.
