Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers and developers.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and manage microservices-based applications and REST APIs.
- Implement and manage event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka.
- Review code, ensure coding standards, and maintain application quality.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, and solution design.
- Collaborate with product owners, business teams, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor team progress and ensure timely delivery of technical projects. Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Java.
- Expertise in Spring Boot.
- Strong experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
- Experience in technical leadership and team management.
- Robust problem-solving and application troubleshooting skills. Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
