Key Responsibilities:

A.

Command Control Centre

Operations

- Manage day-to-day operations of the Command Control Centre for municipal waste collection and transportation activities.

- Monitor real-time vehicle movements, route adherence, trip completion, collection points, and operational performance.

- Ensure effective monitoring of fleet operations through GPS, RFID, and vehicle tracking systems.

- Identify operational deviations, missed trips, route violations, and system alerts and escalate them to the concerned teams.

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and MIS dashboards.

- Coordinate with site operations, fleet teams, supervisors, and project management for resolution of operational issues.

B. RFID System Management

- Manage and monitor RFID-based vehicle identification and tracking systems.

- Ensure proper functioning of RFID readers, tags, antennas, and associated hardware installed at designated locations.

- Monitor RFID-based vehicle entry, exit, trip logging, and waste collection transaction data.

- Troubleshoot RFID-related issues, including tag detection failures, reader connectivity, data mismatch, and system integration problems.

- Coordinate RFID tag allocation, installation, testing, and replacement for vehicles.

- Ensure accurate capture and reconciliation of vehicle movement and trip data through RFID systems.

- Liaise with RFID technology vendors for system maintenance, upgrades, and technical support.

C. IT Infrastructure &

- System Support

- Maintain IT infrastructure within the Command Control Centre, including desktops, servers, network devices, CCTV, display systems, and communication equipment.

- Ensure uptime and availability of IT systems, software applications, and network connectivity.





- Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN/WAN, connectivity, and application-related issues.

- Coordinate with IT teams and external vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance.

- Ensure appropriate backup, data security, access control, and system integrity.

- Support installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of IT and monitoring systems.

D. GPS, Fleet Monitoring &

- Technology Integration

- Monitor GPS-based vehicle tracking systems and fleet management applications.

- Ensure integration of GPS, RFID, weighbridge, route management, and other operational systems, wherever applicable.

- Validate vehicle tracking data, trip records, route information, and operational logs.

- Support technology-driven process improvements in fleet utilization and operational efficiency.

- Identify system gaps and recommend corrective measures to improve monitoring accuracy.

E. MIS &

- Data Management

- Prepare and maintain operational MIS reports related to vehicle deployment, trips, RFID transactions, route adherence, and system uptime.

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports to project management.

- Analyse operational data and highlight discrepancies, trends, and exceptions.

- Maintain system logs, incident reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.





- Support client reporting and compliance requirements related to project technology systems.

F. Vendor &

- Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with IT, RFID, GPS, software, and hardware vendors for technical support and maintenance.

- Monitor vendor performance against agreed service levels.

- Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

- Support audits, system inspections, and client reviews related to IT and Command Control Center operations.

Required Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience in RFID technology, including RFID readers, tags, antennas, and vehicle identification systems.

- Working knowledge of GPS-based vehicle tracking and fleet management systems.

- Experience in Command Control Center / Integrated Command Control Center operations.

- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, LAN/WAN, servers, and system troubleshooting.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and dashboard preparation.

- Knowledge of database management and SQL for data extraction and validation will be an added advantage.

- Familiarity with CCTV, IoT-based monitoring systems, and technology integration.

- Understanding of software applications used in municipal waste collection and transportation operations.

Desired Experience

- 36 years of experience in IT operations, Command Control Center, RFID systems, GPS tracking, or fleet management technology.

- Experience in municipal solid waste management, Collection &
- Transportation projects, smart city projects, or logistics operations will be preferred.

- Experience in handling RFID-enabled fleet monitoring systems and operational technology platforms.

- Experience in client-facing project environments and vendor coordination.
