Compliance: Ensure all assets comply with organizational policies and vendor contracts.

Cost Optimization: Develop strategies to optimize technology spending and eliminate waste.

Policy Development: Create and implement policies for asset management.

Data Management: Maintain databases and records of licenses, service agreements, and warranties.

Budget Planning: Ensure the IT departments budget is adhered to, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Financial Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit analyses and financial forecasting to support decision-making. Other duties as assigned. .
