Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Application Management Project Lead to join our ROC Environment and Infrastructure Team, responsible for driving the onboarding of critical applications for our ROC Core initiative. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless application onboarding, timely testing, and delivery of the ROC Core program. Your expertise in IT Application Management, project management, and collaboration will be essential in leading cross-functional teams to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive IT Application Onboarding plans in collaboration with relevant IT teams
- Define and manage IT Application capacity requirements for building new test environments
- Establish and control project budgets, ensuring alignment with ROC Core objectives
- Oversee resource allocation and ensure accurate bookings at the end of each reporting period
- Serve as a primary point of contact for various IT teams, including RTEs, IT Team Heads, Application Owners, Database Administrators, MQ Messaging Responsible, Streaming Colleagues, and AWA Job Automation teams
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors to resolve issues and drive project success
- Manage stakeholder expectations,



ensuring their needs are met through timely and effective project delivery
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with IT Application Management and ROC Core, developing and implementing contingency plans as needed
- Communicate project plans, progress, and status to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and customers
- Facilitate regular workshops and meetings with IT teams to ensure open communication and issue resolution

Requirements:

- Professional Experience: Proven track record of delivering complex IT Application projects on time, within budget, and with required quality
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of IT Application Management, including operating systems, deployment pipeline, integration, and monitoring
- Project Management Skills : Excellent project management skills, including planning, coordination, and execution
- Education: Higher Education in Computer Science (University, University of Applied Sciences, or equivalent diploma)
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Soft Skills:
- Solid communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with a focus on supporting organizations in developing and providing solutions
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to drive initiatives and introduce changes
