Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and develop detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Handle IPO (Input, Processing & Output) design-related documentation and drawings.
- Prepare BOQ, material calculations, quantity sheets and project reports.
- Maintain design data, drawing records and technical documentation.
- Work on advanced MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, formulas and data analysis.
- Coordinate with the engineering, production and project teams.
- Ensure accuracy in drawings, measurements and technical details.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
- Advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory.




- Diploma in Civil Engineering is compulsory.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and technical documentation.
- Good analytical, calculation and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate:
- Candidate with experience in civil engineering, aluminium formwork or construction industry.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of handling design and Excel-related work independently.
