A fast-growing boutique investment bank is building a specialist franchise in deep-tech, climate tech, sustainability and energy transition

. We’re looking for someone who wants to get exceptionally good at the craft of banking.

What you’ll do

- Build financial models and run valuations (DCF, comps, precedent transactions)

- Research companies and sectors, and turn what you find into real insight

- Produce client-ready decks, teasers and transaction documents

- Support live deals: diligence, data rooms, investor outreach and process coordination

What we’re looking for

- CA/ CFA/ MBA

- 2-5 years in investment banking, M&A;, valuation or transaction advisory (VC/PE or research backgrounds with strong modelling are welcome too)





- Strong modelling and valuation fundamentals

- Sharp attention to detail: you check your own work before anyone else does

- Curiosity about why a company is raising capital and why investors would care

- Transparent, concise writing
