We are hiring experienced professionals for a Senior Process Analyst / Service Support Lead role with expertise in US Insurance, client servicing, stakeholder management, and policy renewal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for US onshore clients and branch stakeholders.
- Manage client servicing operations and provide end-to-end support for US Health Insurance policy lifecycle activities.
- Handle client renewals, policy servicing, and due diligence requirements.
- Support Client Managers and manage multiple client accounts.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure timely completion of renewal activities.
- Manage client queries, escalations, and service-related issues efficiently.




- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Identify operational risks, resolve issues, and minimize rework.
- Ensure compliance with applicable US Health Insurance regulatory standards and procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate with 4+ years of relevant US Insurance experience.
- Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in handling escalations, renewals, and policy servicing.
- Robust organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Insurance certification and transition/onboarding experience are an added advantage.
