Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Investment Analyst role based in New Delhi.

The Investment

Analyst will support evaluation of investment opportunities across the Group’s airport, energy, infrastructure, and sports portfolios, including financial analysis, valuation, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, conducting industry and market research, preparing investment memos and presentations, and assisting in due diligence for new business / ability to understant business and analyse unlisted and listed markets.



The role involves working closely with Family and senior leadership at strategy level monitoring existing investments and portfolio performance, tracking key financial and operational metrics, and providing insights to senior leadership for capital allocation and strategic decisions.

The Investment

Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, strategy, and business operations, to ensure robust analysis and clear communication of recommendations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust finance and investment skills, including knowledge of corporate finance, valuation, and capital markets
- candidates should be able to analyse and give views on listed and unlisted equities / investments for family office / investments for building AIF cat 2 portfolio .
- Candidates should possess advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities, including data analysis and interpretation of financial and operational metrics.
- Candidates should possess expertise in financial modeling and scenario analysis using tools such as Excel and other relevant software.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in portfolio management, including performance tracking, risk assessment, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- High level of attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
