Spectrum Overseas is looking for a confident, skilled, and motivated Interview Trainer to join our team in Jalandhar. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to train students and job seekers for successful interviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interview preparation and training sessions.
- Help candidates improve communication and confidence.
- Provide guidance on body language and qualified etiquette.
- Prepare candidates for common and industry-specific interview questions.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Support candidates in developing effective interview techniques.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and motivate candidates.
- Prior experience in interview training or related fields will be an advantage.
