We are looking for a hands-on macOS Endpoint Management Engineer with robust expertise in Microsoft Intune for macOS and Jamf Pro to manage Apple devices end-to-end.

Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Intune for macOS | Mac Jamf Pro

? Role Summary:

Manage Apple devices end-to-end using Microsoft Intune. This role requires hands-on expertise in macOS enrollment, configuration and compliance policies, application packaging, scripting, and Apple enterprise security controls.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Manage macOS devices end-to-end with Microsoft Intune, including Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), configuration profiles & compliance policies
- Package, deploy & maintain macOS applications using PKG/DMG formats
- Manage Company Portal applications & assignments using Intune filters for OS version, device model & Apple Silicon
- Deploy & support Microsoft Office/MAU, Netskope, CrowdStrike, GlobalProtect, Zoom, Chrome, Citrix Workspace & Webex
- Implement & manage PPPC/TCC, FileVault, Bootstrap Token & System Extensions




- Write & maintain bash/zsh scripts for automation & remediation
- Troubleshoot Intune deployment status, Company Portal, macOS logs & VPN/network dependencies
- Collaborate with Security, IAM & Support teams

✅ Required Skills:

- At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing macOS devices using Microsoft Intune
- Experience with Mac Jamf Pro
- Strong understanding of Apple ecosystem - ABM/ASM, MDM fundamentals, PPPC/TCC & FileVault
- Hands-on macOS application packaging with PKG/DMG & strong bash/zsh scripting
- Familiarity with Azure Entra ID, group assignments & Conditional Access
- Strong troubleshooting & documentation skills

⭐ Good to Have:

- Microsoft Defender for Endpoint on macOS
- Jamf Pro migration experience
- Apple, Microsoft (MD-102) or Jamf certifications
