Mandatory Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process.

2. C1/C2 level English communication skills (CEFR standard).

1. Excellent fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and sentence formation.
2. Strong comprehension, active listening, and professional conversational skills.
3. Ability to handle complex customer queries with confidence.
4. Comfortable working in night shifts and rotational schedules.
5. No absconding history in previous employment.
