About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven sales professionals to join our US Travel Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to turn customer inquiries into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend inbound calls from US-based customers regarding travel reservations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Convert booking inquiries into confirmed sales through effective sales techniques.
- Focus on hardcore sales, maximize call-to-sale conversions,



and consistently achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Build customer relationships while ensuring a smooth booking experience.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain service quality.
- Candidates with international sales experience in US, UK, or Australian processes are welcome to apply.

What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in an International Sales Process.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
