About the Organization:

We are hiring for a growing EdTech organization operating in international education markets, focused on delivering education solutions and expanding its US/UK business operations.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced International Sales Manager to lead and manage overall US/UK Sales operations with complete ownership of revenue generation, business growth, sales strategy and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual US/UK market revenue targets.
2. Manage end-to-end international sales operations, from lead engagement and customer interaction to negotiation and closure.
3. Lead, mentor and manage International Sales Executives and Team Leaders.
4. Define individual and team sales targets, KPIs and performance benchmarks.
5. Drive lead conversion, sales productivity and overall revenue generation.
6. Monitor daily sales performance, sales funnels, conversion ratios and revenue achievement.

Conduct regular sales reviews and implement corrective action plans to improve performance.
8. Ensure effective lead management, timely follow-ups and CRM utilization.
9. Share sales performance reports and revenue forecasts with senior management.

Candidate Requirements:

- 810 years of overall experience in Sales & Business Development.
- Mandatory experience in the EdTech industry.
- 2–3 years of experience in International Sales, preferably handling the UK market.
- Proven experience managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Understanding of international sales processes, negotiation and closure.
- Solid leadership, team management and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in sales forecasting, CRM management and performance monitoring.

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline is mandatory. MBA / Post-Graduation in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
