We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual for the role of International Non-Voice Customer Support. This position is based in Hyderabad and involves providing exceptional support to international customers through non-voice channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills and a robust commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality customer support to international clients via non-voice channels.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills

- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer support,



particularly in an international setting, is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- A background in international voice, semi-voice, or chat support is a plus. This role offers a competitive salary package, with a CTC ranging from 1.5 Lakh INR to 3.0 Lakh INR, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a two-way cab facility for employees residing within a 25km radius of the office.
