Job Summary: We are seeking an International Customer Support Associate for our UK Shift operations based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs effectively. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinate with operations and other support functions to resolve customer queries.
- Follow established guidelines for call handling to ensure compliance and quality.
- Meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) assigned to the role.

Required Skills

- Strong English verbal language skills to conduct and understand conversations effectively.




- Ability to actively listen and ask questions to clarify customer issues.

- Flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts as required.
