We are seeking an International Customer Support Representative to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is essential for providing exceptional customer service to our international clientele. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a solid ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions through various channels, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and support.

Key responsibilities include responding to customer queries, providing product information, and troubleshooting issues. You will also be expected to work in rotational shifts to accommodate our 24/7 service model. Candidates should have a minimum qualification of 10+2 or a graduate degree.

We welcome freshers as well as those with up to 4 years of experience in customer support or international voice processes. The salary for this position ranges from 2.5 Lakh INR to 4.5 Lakh INR, depending on experience and current CTC.
