Role: Business Development Associate – International Trade

Work Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu

Work Experience: 0–2 years

What you’ll be doing

- Collecting and analysing market and customer data ?
- Generating leads and reaching out to international customers
- Following up, negotiating and closing deals ?
- Building relationships for repeat and future orders
- Handling trade operations and coordinating with different stakeholders

This isn’t a one-task job. This is a multidisciplinary role. You’ll work across sales, marketing and trade operations, so you learn fast and grow faster.

Must-haves:

- Good communication skills and fluent spoken English
- Confident writing qualified emails
- Strong critical thinking ability
- Willing to learn automation and marketing tools
- Willing to work from our Hosur office, 6 days a week (Mon–Sat)
