We seek an ownership-driven international trade qualified who can manage export-import advisory assignments from document review through filing, follow-up, reconciliation and client closure. The role combines DGFT, Customs, export incentives, banking coordination and regulatory problem-solving

Core responsibilities

- DGFT / Foreign Trade Policy: IEC, RCMC, Advance Authorisation, EPCG, export obligation tracking, redemption, closure, amendments, deficiencies and regulatory correspondence.
- Export benefits: RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, RoSCTL where applicable; shipping-bill checks, entitlement reconciliation, e-scrip and benefit follow-up.
- Customs and documentation: review shipping bills, bills of entry, invoices, packing lists and origin documents; coordinate with customs brokers and logistics stakeholders.
- Banking and realisation: e-BRC, EDPMS / IDPMS tracking, shipping bill-to-remittance reconciliation and resolution of open items with authorised dealer banks.
- Export regulatory matters: support APEDA, MPEDA, Spices Board, FSSAI and other product-specific registrations or approvals where applicable.
- Client ownership: handle multiple assignments,



explain requirements to clients, maintain deadline trackers, prepare MIS, escalate risks and ensure audit-ready records.
- Continuous improvement: use Excel and digital workflows to reduce manual follow-ups, improve accuracy and support process automation

Eligibility and preferred qualifications

- Minimum education: A recognised undergraduate degree in any relevant discipline, or LL.B.; postgraduate qualifications are welcome but not compulsory.
- Preferred academic backgrounds (not mandatory): B.Com / M.Com for trade documentation, accounting and reconciliation; LL.B. for regulatory interpretation and representation; MBA in International Business / Finance or a postgraduate diploma in Foreign Trade for broader trade operations.
- Minimum experience: 2 years of hands-on work in export-import, DGFT, Customs, trade compliance or a closely related function. Depth of work matters more than years alone

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
