Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Internal Auditor role based in Tiruchirappalli.

The Internal

Auditor will plan and execute internal audit engagements, including reviewing financial records, processes, and controls to ensure accuracy, compliance with policies, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include performing financial audits, verifying transactions, evaluating risk areas, and preparing clear and timely audit reports with recommendations for improvement. The role involves collaborating with finance and operations teams, following up on corrective actions, and helping strengthen internal controls and governance.

The Internal





Auditor will also support management with analytical insights to improve efficiency and reduce potential financial and operational risks.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Financial Audits and Finance to review transactions, ledgers, and financial statements.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess risks, interpret data, and evaluate internal controls.
- Candidates should possess the ability to prepare and present clear Audit Reports, including findings and recommendations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and explain audit outcomes.
- Relevant experience in internal auditing, accounting, or financial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable financial regulations, internal control frameworks, and compliance standards is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications in auditing or accounting are an added advantage.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently within a structured process-driven environment are essential.
