1. Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage and coordinate day-to-day interior execution activities at project sites. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of interior fit-out works, modular kitchen installation, furniture execution and site coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards and project schedules.
1. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily interior site execution activities.
- Coordinate interior fit-out, modular kitchen and customised furniture installation works.
- Ensure execution is carried out according to approved drawings, designs and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, factory teams,



vendors and contractors.
- Manage site workers and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and execution challenges.
- Monitor material requirements and ensure proper utilisation with minimum wastage.
- Prepare and submit daily site progress reports.
- Coordinate measurements, client requirements and site inspections.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at project sites.

1. Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or a related field.
- Good knowledge of interior execution and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand interior working drawings.
- Knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture installation and carpentry works.
- Strong site coordination and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

1. Experience Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in interior site supervision or interior project execution.
- Hands-on experience in residential and commercial interior projects is preferred.
- Experience in modular kitchen and customised furniture installation will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and strong practical knowledge may also apply, if considered suitable.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
