Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Interior Designers/Architects based in New Delhi. The role involves developing concepts and detailed design solutions for interior and architectural projects, including space planning, material selection, and FF&E; specifications.

Responsibilities include preparing construction and working drawings, coordinating with consultants and site teams,



and ensuring design intent is maintained through execution.

The Interior

Designer/Architect will participate in client meetings, translate requirements into design proposals, and support project documentation and presentations. The role also includes regular site visits to review progress, address design issues, and collaborate with contractors to deliver high-quality, functional, and aesthetically coherent spaces.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Interior Design and FF&E; selection and coordination.
- Proficiency in Space Planning with a solid understanding of Architecture principles.
- Ability to develop clear, detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong visual, conceptual, and detailing skills with an eye for materiality and finishes.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, and site teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and take ownership of design deliverables.
- Prior experience in hospitality, residential, or commercial interiors is an advantage.
