What Youll Own
- Translate customer requirements into functional, aesthetic space plans
- Own the complete design deliverables
- Deliver an exceptional, trust-led customer experience
- Manage pipeline and drive monthly revenue targets
- Ensure transparent, seamless project handover to execution teams
What Were Looking For
- 2 year experience in residential interiors (modular space planning)
- Bachelor’s in Interior Design/B.Arch or equivalent, or a 2–3 year Diploma with 2 years’ residential interiors experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools
- Experience in client-facing or design-and-build setups
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High ownership mindset with comfort in target-driven environments.
