Position Title: Project Intern (Data Collection & Analysis)

Duration: 3 Months (17 November 17 February)

Location: Mehsana, Gujarat (Field location approx. 60 km from Adalaj, Ahmedabad / 45 km from Mehsana City)

Engagement Type: Internship / Contractual (Freelance basis)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Project Intern for a 3-month period to support data collection, field observations, and initial analysis for an ongoing project based in

Mehsana, Gujarat. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on field experience in industrial process monitoring, operational data gathering, and analytical assessment.

Key Responsibilities

Field Data Collection: Gather quantitative and qualitative operational data from the project site adhering to project guidelines.

Data Analysis & Synthesis: Structure, clean, and analyze collected data to identify key trends, operational bottlenecks, or efficiency metrics.

On-Site Coordination: Conduct regular field visits, observe processes in office,



and collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate reporting.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare regular summary reports, data logs, and presentation slides highlighting findings and insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Pursuing or completed an Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in any of the following fields:

Industrial Engineering

Food Technology

Mechanical Engineering

Electrical Engineering

Work Style: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise high self-initiative on-site.

Analytical Skills: Basic proficiency in data handling tools (e.g., MS Excel / Google

Sheets) and structured problem-solving.

Mobility & Flexibility: Comfortable traveling to and working at the project location in

Mehsana, Gujarat.
