Hiring: Consultant Intensivist – Bangalore

Position: Consultant Intensivist

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Salary Budget: Up to ₹2.5 LPM (₹30 LPA)

Department: Critical Care / Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualification

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:

- DM / DrNB / FNB in Critical Care Medicine
- IDCCM
- MD / DNB in Internal Medicine
- MD / DNB in Anesthesiology
- MD / DNB in Pulmonology

Experience
- Relevant experience in Critical Care / ICU management.
- Solid clinical expertise in handling critically ill patients.
- Experience in managing complex and emergency ICU cases.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Monitor and supervise patient treatment and clinical progress.
- Handle ventilator management and advanced life-support procedures.
- Manage medical emergencies and critical care interventions.




- Coordinate with multidisciplinary medical teams.
- Supervise ICU protocols, infection control and patient safety.
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation and patient handovers.
- Guide and supervise ICU medical and nursing teams.

Skills Required
- Expertise in critical care management and emergency interventions.
- Strong knowledge of ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring.
- Ability to make independent clinical decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Compensation Up to ₹2.5 LPM, depending on qualifications and experience.
