About the Position The Insurance Sales Representative is a key member of the sales division, responsible for promoting and selling a diverse range of insurance products to clients in the Mumbai City and Navi Mumbai regions. This role holds significant accountability for achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining high ethical standards in client interactions. Accountabilities - Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide effective solutions.

- Conduct thorough presentations to communicate the advantages and features of various insurance policies, tailoring proposals to meet individual client requirements.
- Ensure accurate completion of documentation required for policy issuance, amendments, and renewals, adhering to company guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Continuously monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling additional products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings,



and changes in regulations that may impact the insurance market.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining ongoing communication throughout the policy lifecycle.

Skills and Experience Required - Proven experience or knowledge in insurance products and sales techniques is preferred.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent organizational skills, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork management.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other technology tools to manage client relationships efficiently.
