Scope of Work - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed agency sales targets.

- Manage and support a team of insurance agents, providing training and guidance in life insurance and bancassurance sales.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, financial institutions, and other relevant partners to expand market reach.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth in agency development.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements pertaining to insurance sales and policy issuance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, monitor performance metrics,



and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of service throughout the sales process.

Candidate

Requirements - Proven experience in insurance sales with a robust understanding of life insurance products.

- Prior experience in agency management or similar roles such as agency development manager or unit manager is preferred.
