The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life insurance and a proven track record in field sales. As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences in the insurance sector.
- Present and sell insurance products to potential clients, explaining the perks and features of various policies.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the agency channel and other sales teams to maximize sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
