Position Summary The Insurance Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in the administration and support of insurance operations, specifically focusing on property and casualty (P&C;) insurance. The specialist is responsible for ensuring smooth operations within the insurance framework, contributing to enhanced service delivery and client satisfaction.

Principal

Responsibilities - Administer and process P&C; insurance policies, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

- Manage and coordinate claims processing, including investigation, evaluation, and resolution of claims.
- Provide comprehensive support to brokers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating effective communications between brokers and underwriters.
- Maintain accurate records of policy details, claims status, and broker interactions in the management system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and ensure timely service delivery to clients.




- Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance workflow effectiveness.
- Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact operations or client services. Eligibility and Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in insurance operations with a focus on P&C; insurance.
- Strong understanding of claims management processes and policy administration.
