Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Claims Executive to manage and coordinate insurance claims related to our EV infrastructure development projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in general insurance claims processing, documentation, coordination with insurance companies, and claims settlement.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle insurance claims related to EV infrastructure projects, including charging stations, equipment, vehicles, and other insured assets.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, brokers, surveyors, and third-party administrators for timely claim processing and settlement.
- Review insurance policies, coverage details, exclusions, and claim eligibility.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain insurance claim documents, including claim forms, bills, invoices, and supporting evidence.
- Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely resolution of claim-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of claims, settlements, and outstanding cases.




- Assist in claim investigations, damage assessments, and settlement negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with insurance policy terms and internal claim management procedures.

Requirements
- Mandatory experience in general insurance, particularly in claims processing and settlement.
- Practical knowledge of insurance policies, claim documentation, and settlement procedures.
- Experience coordinating with insurance companies, surveyors, and brokers.
- Good communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintaining insurance claim records.
- Candidates with experience in motor insurance, property insurance, or engineering insurance claims will be preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately are required.

Compensation ₹35,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and suitability.
