Role Description The Insurance Advisor role is a part-time, remote position responsible for guiding customers through life insurance and financial protection options. On a day-to-day basis, the advisor will engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable insurance solutions and financial plans.

assisting with policy applications and documentation, and providing ongoing customer service support.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Insurance and Finance to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Experience in Consulting or advisory roles, with the ability to provide clear, unbiased guidance to customers.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication, including active listening, clear explanation of complex concepts, and professional follow-up.
- Comfort with remote work tools and digital platforms for customer interaction and documentation.
- Prior experience in life insurance or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant education in finance, business, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ethical mindset, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach to building long-term relationships.
