We're Hiring | Manager – Corporate Gifting (Manufacturing Sector)

? Location: Pune (On-site) | Extensive travel to manufacturing plants and industrial clusters

At Frido, we're looking for an experienced sales professional to lead and scale our Corporate Gifting business across the manufacturing sector.

We’re looking for someone who understands the manufacturing ecosystem, has strong relationships with industry decision-makers, and can convert those relationships into long-term, high-value business partnerships.

What You'll Own:

- Build and drive the manufacturing-sector sales strategy and revenue pipeline.
- Develop relationships with HR Heads, Plant HR, Admin, Procurement and CXOs.
- Acquire and manage large manufacturing accounts across India.
- Drive annual gifting contracts, festive gifting, employee onboarding kits and employee rewards programmes.
- Lead RFPs, tenders, vendor empanelment and rate-contract negotiations.
- Grow existing accounts through renewals,



repeat business and multi-location opportunities.
- Own revenue targets, forecasting, collections and account profitability.

What We're Looking For:

- 8–9+ years of experience in Corporate Gifting / B2B Sales.
- Strong experience working with manufacturing companies.
- An active network across HR, Admin and Procurement teams.
- Proven ability to close large-volume orders and annual contracts.
- Experience with vendor registration, procurement processes and tenders.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management and business development skills.
