Kruthika Jewellery is looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager & Content Creator who can turn ideas into engaging contentfrom planning and shooting to editing and publishing.

This is a full-time, in-office role in Bengaluru.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop fresh content ideas for jewellery showcases, styling videos, founder-led reels, behind-the-scenes stories and brand campaigns.
- Plan a content calendar and take ownership of timely execution.
- Shoot and edit engaging reels, product videos and everyday office content.
- Work closely with the founder and photographer to create content that reflects the brand’s style.
- Write compelling hooks, captions and short video scripts.
- Manage publishing across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest, adapting content for each platform.
- Check product details, spelling, visuals and captions carefully, and obtain approval before publishing.
- Track reach, engagement, watch time and follower growth, and use these insights to improve content.
- Stay updated on relevant trends and suggest original ways to use them for the brand.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in social media management and content creation.




- A strong portfolio of reels and brand content demonstrating your own ideas, shooting and editing skills.
- Experience with jewellery, fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Confident with smartphone videography, lighting, framing and video editing.
- Comfortable using editing tools such as VN, InShot, Premiere Pro or equivalent, along with Canva and Meta Business Suite.
- Solid storytelling, caption-writing and communication skills.
- An eye for aesthetics, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Willing to work from our Bengaluru office.
