Compensation & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
Performance-Based Incentives: Attractive, uncapped sales commissions.
Earning Potential: ₹40,000–₹55,000+ per month for employees achieving strong sales results, depending on revenue generated and applicable incentive rates. Earnings are performance-dependent and not guaranteed.

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Executive who can generate leads, build customer relationships, and convert opportunities into successful business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and online prospecting.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers at educational institutions.
- Understand prospective customers' requirements and explain the benefits of our EDU software.
- Qualify leads, schedule product demonstrations, and conduct sales presentations after training.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Negotiate and close sales within approved pricing and commercial guidelines.
- Coordinate with field sales teams whenever physical meetings are required.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build professional relationships with potential customers and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills
- At least 1 year of inside sales, telesales, business development, or B2B sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in cold calling, prospecting, and handling sales objections.
- Ability to independently generate and convert qualified leads.
- Good follow-up discipline and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working with sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ERP, LMS, EdTech, or software sales.
- Familiarity with institutional sales and online product demonstrations.
- Graduation in Business, Marketing, Commerce, IT, or a related discipline preferred.
