Role Description : This is a full-time, in office Inside Sales Executive role based in Saravanampatti, Coimbatore.

The Inside Sales

Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with prospects, and follow up on leads to convert them into customers.

Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing quotations, maintaining accurate records in sales systems, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment. The role involves answering customer inquiries, providing product information, and offering service support to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat business.

The Inside Sales





Executive will also support sales campaigns, contribute to sales reporting, and collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

- Possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills for managing the sales cycle and closing opportunities.
- Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities.
- Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospects and customers.
- Basic computer proficiency, including sales software, email, and spreadsheet tools.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles will be preferable
