Senior IT Operations Support Administrator Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and mobile devices.
- Manage Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and perform system administration activities.
- Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, user accounts, access permissions and Group Policies.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and email-related issues.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet connectivity, switches and firewalls.
- Manage endpoint deployment, imaging and updates using SCCM/MECM, Intune or Autopilot.
- Monitor antivirus, endpoint security, system patches and updates.
- Perform backup, restore and disaster recovery activities.
- Manage IT assets, hardware procurement, inventory and vendor coordination.
- Provide remote support to satellite offices and home-based employees.
- Log and resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLAs using ServiceNow or similar tools.
- Use PowerShell scripting to automate routine administration tasks.




- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs and knowledge-base articles.
- Follow ITIL processes and coordinate with internal and external IT teams.

Role split: 70% End-User Support | 30% System Administration. Key Skills: Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, LAN/WAN, SCCM, Intune, PowerShell, Backup & Restore, ServiceNow
