Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as IT Recruiters. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Understand client requirements and find suitable candidates for IT positions.

Requirements
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.




- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and job portals is preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and achieve targets.

Salary & Working Details
- Salary: ₹10,000 per month (Performance-Based)
- Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
- Freshers: Can Apply
- Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
