We are looking for a hands-on Senior IT Operations Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID/Active Directory, Windows Server, and enterprise application support.

You will manage day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot complex issues, support application and infrastructure migrations, and act as a senior technical escalation point for the Service Desk.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Entra ID.
- Manage endpoints using Microsoft Intune, including policies, application deployment, and compliance.
- Support Active Directory, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and Windows Server environments.
- Handle enterprise application administration, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Act as an L3/escalation point for complex Service Desk issues.
- Support Microsoft 365, application, database, and infrastructure migrations.
- Provide basic administration and troubleshooting support for Microsoft Azure.
- Monitor system performance and perform incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Automate routine IT administration tasks using PowerShell.




- Work with global IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, Infrastructure, or Application Support.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- Intune / Endpoint Management
- Entra ID / Active Directory
- Windows Server
- PowerShell
- Enterprise Application Administration
- Basic knowledge of Azure administration.
- Experience with IT migrations and Service Desk escalations.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with SQL Server and ITIL processes is preferred.
