Role Description The Information Technology Executive will oversee daily IT operations and provide on-site technical support for Bakingo’s Konnagar location in a full-time capacity. This role includes diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for end users, and ensuring systems run efficiently and securely.

The Information Technology

Executive will maintain and monitor local networks, devices, and peripherals, coordinate with vendors and internal teams for equipment, upgrades, and incident resolution, and keep accurate records of IT assets and support activities.



The role will also involve implementing IT policies and best practices, supporting data backup and recovery processes, and contributing to continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and user experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to identify, analyze, and resolve user and system issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Network Administration and general Information Technology skills to manage local networks, connectivity, and system configurations.
- Candidates should possess IT Operations skills to support daily infrastructure maintenance, asset management, and adherence to IT processes and standards.
- Relevant experience in an IT support or IT executive role, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-location or retail/food-service environment.
- Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), basic server concepts, and common productivity tools.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and non-technical users.
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Awareness of data security, backup practices, and basic cybersecurity principles is an advantage.
