Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Maintain all IT assets inventory( laptop, desktop, printer, network device etc) in
ManageEngine Servicedesk ITAM portal with proper physical verification.
- Manage all user system backup & regular monitoring
- Maintain IT ticketing tool in Servicedesk ticketing tool
