Information Security Architect/CyberArk Architect

Build secure, modern privileged access solutions for a global technology environment.

Eisai’s Global Digital Business Transformation (GDBT) Centre in Visakhapatnam is looking for a CyberArk Architect to shape and govern enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions across hybrid and cloud environments.

In this role, you’ll bring together architecture, implementation oversight, and hands-on troubleshooting. You’ll partner with Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, IAM, application, and operations teams to strengthen privileged access and support the move toward Zero Trust and least privilege.

What you’ll do

- Design and govern CyberArk PAM and Privilege Cloud architectures.
- Guide implementation, integration, hardening, testing, and production deployment.
- Define standards for privileged account onboarding, credential vaulting, rotation, and lifecycle management.
- Design privileged session access and up-to-date access patterns using Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA), Secure Cloud Access (SCA), Just-in-Time (JIT) access, and Zero Standing Privilege (ZSP).
- Build secure patterns for application credentials and secrets, helping remove hard-coded credentials.
- Design and support Privilege Cloud Connector deployments, including connectivity and resilience.
- Integrate CyberArk monitoring and security events with SIEM/SOC and ITSM processes.
- Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and mentor PAM engineering and operations teams.
- Produce architecture designs, standards, runbooks,



and operational documentation.

What we’re looking for
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in IAM, PAM, cybersecurity, or enterprise infrastructure.
- Strong CyberArk PAM or Privilege Cloud experience in complex enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of CyberArk components such as Digital Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM/PSMP, and Privilege Cloud Connectors.
- Experience with privileged account onboarding, Safes, Platforms, credential rotation, and session controls.
- Experience with CyberArk SIA and understanding of JIT, ZSP, least privilege, and Zero Trust.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across CyberArk, target systems, authentication, and network connectivity.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Ability to create HLDs, LLDs, reference architectures, and operational documentation.
- Strong communication skills and confidence leading technical workshops with global teams.

Preferred experience
- CyberArk SCA, Secrets Management, Credential Provider (CP), or Central Credential Provider (CCP).
- Privileged access across AWS and Azure.
- Migration from on-premises CyberArk PAM to Privilege Cloud.
- SIEM, ServiceNow, Zscaler, REST APIs, PowerShell, or security automation.
- Experience supporting global or multi-region environments.
- Relevant CyberArk or cloud security certifications.
